Caravan rewards program

Caravan Rewards is an incentive program for all religious organizations. It is designed to reward you every time you purchase an international ticket from Caravan Travel and Tours. The program will help you get the most out of your travel budget. Each time you purchase a ticket from Caravan Travel and Tours, you start accumulating points that can be redeemed for complimentary tickets.

Earning the program awards

Caravan Rewards turns your travel budget into travel awards by tracking your flown segments and converting it to award points. Each organization is assigned an account code and every ticket purchased and used qualifies the account to award points. Points are accrued on boarded flight segments and are monitored by means of tracking boarding passes.

Thus, used boarding passes should be returned to Caravan Travel and Tours for expedient processing of award points. For passengers traveling on one way tickets and are unable to turn in their boarding passes, please inform our Sales or Reservations staff ahead of departure date to facilitate point crediting. All accumulated points are valid for a period of two years.

Redeeming the program awards

Earned points can be redeemed for round-trip economy restricted tickets base on the Awards chart or for gift vouchers. A combination of rewards is allowed. However, Award tickets should be for the sole use of missionaries with valid identification. Taxes and Services Facility Charges on tickets will be on the account of the beneficiary.

Payment options
All payments are due by 12:00 noon of your due date. It is our policy that if the set deadline for payment is not met, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

You have the option to pay either in peso or dollar denominations. Take note, however, that the exchange rate to be followed is the official airline rate at the time of ticketing. This is usually higher than the official bank rate.

For direct cash payments, please pay at the Caravan Travel and Tours, Inc. head office, 3/F SGV II Building, 6758 Ayala Ave., Makati City. For cheque payments, on the other hand, please make sure that the cheque is payable to Caravan Travel. Should you choose to pay by credit card, you must submit a copy of the front and back of your credit card as well as a copy of the cardholder’s identification, such as passport or driver’s license.

If your travel is within one week and you are paying by check, then your payment must be paid by cash, bank draft, or wire transfer. Personal checks will not be accepted. Also, please note that we cannot accept payment by traveler’s cheque, postal money order or Western Union Money Transfer.
